That is not an official ATS cover, just a mock-up from the turkmods.com website! Prices and release dates HAVE NOT been announced by SCS Software yet. Pavel Sebor, the CEO of SCS Software, has previously said that California will be the first region of ATS (to release it as soon as possible as a Beta release), with other US states to follow as they are developed. This is a VERY LARGE project and would take years and years to fully map all of the US of A all at once. Keep an eye on SCS Software's blog, especially posts with the label American Truck Simulator.
