If you notice a potential Terms of Service Violation from another user(s) while playing an Electronic Arts game. Such as, but not limited to an abuse of the ranking, scoring, ladder, game play or reward system, and you wish to report them, it is recommended that you Submit the information through the E-mail Us button and include the following information:

Player name(s):
Game Violation took place in:
Time/Date of incident: (mm/dd/yy, Time Zone)
What type of violation: (Cheating/Exploiting/De-synch/Language/Harassment/Padding)
Description of violation:
Any additional information you would like to include: (such as server name or a screenshot of the action as it is taking place.)
Note: Having a screenshot is not necessary, but will help with taking action against the offending player.

Please note: You will not receive an update on the action taken due to our Privacy Policy. Incorrectly reporting or creating false reports of another player abusing an Electronic Arts title is a violation of the Terms of Service and actions may be taken against the reporter.

How to save a screenshot:

Press the PrtScn or Print Screen key when the screen you want to save appears. The Print Screen key is usually located above the arrow keys on most keyboards. This will save an image of your screen in your Windows Clipboard.
Open any image editing software (Paint, Photoshop, PhotoImage, etc.).
Create a new image.
Select Edit.
Select Paste.
Save the file to your computer as a .jpg file (to keep the file size small).

How to submit the a report with a screenshot:

Click the E-mail Us tab at the top of this page.
Under Platform & Game select:
The Platform your game is played on (for example: PC)
Select the Game Title (for example: Need for Speed Hot Pursuit)
Next under Category, and then Sub-Category select:
Rules and Policies
Cheating
In the text box, include the information of the violation listed from above.
Click the Add an attachment button at the bottom of the page if you have a screen shot.
Use the browse window that pops up to find the screenshot file on your computer.
Click Save.

It may take a minute or two to upload your screenshot (depending on the size of the file), but once it's done, the screenshot will be permanently attached to your support incident.

Once you have submitted your report we will research and verify the infraction. This can take some time, so please be patient. Also, be aware that some games may have the option to report cheating, but may not actually take action with those reports due to policy.
