We strive to provide a safe, fun and fair place to play and commit to taking the appropriate action against those who wish to abuse Need for Speed World in this manner and those who create applications or cheats which can be used to give an unfair advantage to a player.
Investigations of this type can take several days, but rest assured we do take every claim of this nature seriously.
If this happens the next time then please be informed that there is a way you can report a player (driver) within the game. Just follow the below-mentioned directions:
1. Log in to the game using the e-mail address and password.
2. Right click on the driver whom you wish to report.
3. You will get an option “Report this driver”. Choose the option.
4. After choosing the option, your report will directly processed to the in game GMs for further investigations.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you so far.
I have gone through the e-mail and found that you wish to report a player for using speed hack in the game "Need for Speed World". I am sorry to hear that you came across such an incident.
Thank you for reporting us against the player with the screenshot. We have forwarded your report to the concerned department for further investigation.
In the meantime, I will pass the information you have provided to the development team. Regretfully we do not have information on if or when a fix will be put in place. They are however collecting data from the community and are examining solutions if they determine enough customers have the problem and the problem is technically addressable with a patch, or if a work around is possible. Certainly development will use the information gathered to ensure that this problem does not occur in future releases, however it is impossible to guarantee that this will ever be fixed in the current version. If you are not interested in tracking this issue on the message board, please know that you will automatically be notified if an official solution to this problem in the form of a work around or patch is discovered.
I am notifying my supervisor that you have an unresolved problem that we have no fix for. We at EA customer service make every attempt to resolve each issue, but sometimes a resolution is simply not possible due to problems beyond our control. For your inconvenience, please accept my personal apology that this problem negatively affected you.

Т.е. они благодарят за то, что мы помогаем им в отслеживании таких нарушений, они стараются игру улучшать постоянно, а так же якобы принимают меры для невозможности использования читов через фиксы в будущих патчах.
"… and those who create applications or cheats which can be used to give an unfair advantage to a player" специально для alxxl - официальное подтверждение существования читов.
Итак, они направили мой репорт на дальнейшее рассмотрение в соответствующее отделение. Они не знают, когда проблема будет решена, но проблема известная и они собирают данные от комьюнити для создания необходимых решений через патч. Но всецелого устранения проблемы все же не гарантируют… А значит читак пока что будет ездить и дальше
