Проблема аналогичная, с небольшой поправкой.
Купил СП на ГГ ко юк после релиза (кстати, обещанной маздайки не было).
Играл и не жужжал, пока вот не купил на 27 лвле +25% РЕП`ы. Несколько гонок ровно всё было, а потом ноль репутации дали, и вообще всё в минус ушло, случилась сия неприятность 6 августа, как у некоторых сдесь форумчан. написал в поддержку ЕА, что мол так вот и так, пришол ответ, аналогичный

Потом для интереса, думаю, дай зайду на ГГ юк, а там хрен собачий, думаю, мол может что не так ввожу данные, но и функция восстановления пароля тоже не действует (не присылает мне пасворд). Это конечно лольная вся ситуация, написал им письмо, 7 числа, + прикрепил неадекватное письмо от Коди, вот всё жду ответа, молчат чопорные.
Потом написал коди второе письмо, на что овтетил
